Couples therapy

I work with couples of all ages and life stages who are experiencing communication challenges and conflict: couples who are struggling to connect, who find themselves having the same fights, or are feeling betrayed by one another and are seeking support to repair.

Specific arenas I have helped couples address include commitment, family planning, parenting, blended families, employment, and retirement dreams, to name just a few.

Family therapy

Families come to me seeking support around adult children launching, addiction, and communication issues.

Individual therapy

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relational distress, and navigating life transitions.

clinical consultation and supervision

I provide clinical consultation to fully licensed therapists and supervision to associate therapists.
